Our customer, a leader in the cosmetics and beauty industry with locations from coast to coast, is searching for a high end person with strong Excel skills (SAP a plus), who is very proficient and experienced. The successful candidate will be a general problem solver who enjoys diving into data, is excited about investigations, and has the ability to multi-task. Position Details:

Location: Streetsboro, Ohio

Hours: 40 Hours/Week M-F

Pay Rate: $18 - $21

Length: 1 year contract

Job Description:

• Freight Analysis

• Coding, Monthly Journal Entry, and Reporting

• Maintaining capital assets in system

• Analyze band and credit card fees

• Analyze data from a variety of data sources to present a cohesive view of company data.

• Handles complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work.

• Must be able to navigate through various different databases.

• May code, search, extract and interpret information to determine correct input procedure.

• Enters and verifies alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone, into a computer database.

• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
